In 2017, Spice Diana started constructing apartments located along Salaama Road in Kampala. She went ahead to build a house for her grandmother in Kiboga.
She had anticipated to complete her apartments by 2020 but Covid-19 put everything on hold.
Her sources of income were closed since she couldn't perform anymore.
During an interview with one of the YouTubers, Spice Diana begged her fans to contribute whatever they can so that she can complete her house. Her apartments are valued at about Ugx 500 million once complete.
