Sheilah Gashumba was gifted with a BMW car by her father Frank Gashumba a few weeks ago.
Excited Sheilah Gashumba then took to social media to share the good news with the followers.
But she rarely drives her car around the city and many have been wondering why.
She is often seen travelling using special hire vehicles.
A very close friend informed Howwe that the car with registration UAS series is in a poor mechanical condition despite good exterior outlook.
It is currently parked at Speke Apartments parking lot where mechanics occasionally work on it.
