NBS TV star Douglas Lwanga has taken a swipe at his former work place NTV Uganda. He said the media house didn't push his career to a better place.
Douglas said there is a lot of bureaucracy at NTV which in turn hinders creativity and growth.
He said many times his ideas were blocked from appearing on screen. At NTV you move from office to office trying to make just one creative idea appear on Television unlike NBS TV.
"There is a lot of bureaucracy at NTV, such things limit creativity of the TV hosts. At Next Media, we are very many young people and we understand each other openly," he said in an interview with a YouTuber.
