Sheilah Gashumba's nemesis Robin Kisti has criticized government for valuing foreigners more than its citizens.
Kisti said this is one of the reasons why most Europeans still take Africans for granted.
She added that Africans have the same power as the British and they need to be told so.
"Africans all over the World have been victims to White supremacy to this day because here the white man is like a "god" of some sort. A foreigner is more valued than the citizen here in Uganda. All this needs to stop for Blacks to be valued," she posted on her social media pages.
Robin Kisti's comments come at a time after protests erupted for a seventh day across the US over the death of George Floyd, an unarmed black man, at the hands of a police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
At least 40 cities imposed curfews and National Guard members have been activated in at least 23 states and Washington, DC.
