Music promoter Balaam Barugahara and legendary musician Jose Chameleone have been friends for over a decade.
Balaam has been the brain behind Chameleone’s annual concerts ever since he started his career.
Rumours have been swirling around town that his canceled, “Gwanga Mujje Concert” was also being organised by Balaam despite the singer hiring an events manager, a one Bizoue.
At the start of the week, a video clip with Balaam’s voice in the background instructing URA officials to arrest the singer and Bryan White went viral on the internet and very many people were disappointed that he had betrayed Chameleone.
Balaam came out to dismiss the video saying, he was giving instructions to his employee a one Dius Walugembe to capture what was transpiring at that time and because he runs a media house, he needed content.
He also emphasized that he instructed officials to arrest faded tycoon Bryan White because he was obstructing them from enforcing the law.
