The last time Jack Pemba featured in the news, he was wallowing in debts. Some of his properties were confiscated by money lenders.
He owed tycoon Kirumira over 1 billion shillings. Pemba had been dragged him to court.
He quietly disappeared from the country.
On Wednesday, he returned to the country.
When he was asked about his debts, he promised to clear every penny.
“I will pay my debts before doing anything else. The rest can always follow," he said.
His welcome party took place at Mutoto’s bar, Chezz bar in Bunga.
Pemba plans to return to the table of money spenders in the country.
