Musician Bebe Cool was shunned by Boda boda riders in Kawempe after he organized a meeting to sensitize them about the President's youth campaign.
He also wanted to discourage them from indulging into politics, referring to them as 'un Healthy'
To our dismay, the arrangement was a total flop as the turn up was so low.
To make things worse, the few that appeared were attached by another group, local Boda operators of Kawempe, citing lack of respect for them. They say the other faction didn't ask for permission from them.
The situation turned extremely chaotic as the two Boda groups started fighting and throwing stones at each other, which eventually forced the police authorities to intervene.
Some of them were arrested and are still behind bars, while others left with nasty Injuries.
A local who declined to reveal his identity narrated to us that as the boda riders fought, Bebe Cool just stood aside and enjoyed a free movie.
No statement has so far been issued by Bebe Cool.
