Music promoters Abtex and Balaam Barugahara have been at loggerhead for the past few weeks over their political differences.
News on Howwe desk indicates that their beef has taken a new twist after Promoter Abtex branding Balaam a government spy.
While appearing on one of the local TV stations, Abtex described Balaam as someone who has never helped any musician but instead uses them to cover up his dirty dealings with the government. He claims it is the main reason most artistes are distancing themselves from him.
It should be noted that this saga started after Abtex accused Balaam of sabotaging Bobi Wine's Kyarenga concert that has been hanging in balance for the last few weeks.
On Monday, Bobi Wine announced that the concert will be held on November at One Love beach, Busabala.
Our efforts to talk to Balaam were futile as his known phone contacts were off by press time.
