Museveni, Mbabazi Take A Break From Campaigns, As Besigye Heads To Lamwo

As the presidential campaigns trail continues, the incumbent Yoweri Museveni has decided to rest after a busy weekend of the Pope’s visit to Uganda.


The President has been busy with the papal visit right from Friday when he welcomed the Holy Fther from the Airport, to Saturday’s Mass at Namugongo Catholic Martyrs shrine, and Sunday’s farewell ceremony at International Airport.


During his stay, the Holy Father preached the message of forgiveness and forgiveness, as well as perseverance for the youth, parents and government leaders.
