The opposition forum for democratic change, FDC party members across the country have today held their first black Tuesday prayers at their respective party offices.

In Kampala, the prayers were held at the party head quarters in Najjanankumbi where a number of party leaders attended, led by Gen. Mugisha Muntu, the party president.

Clad in black attires, members thronged party offices by 10:00am, where pastors and leaders from the muslim community joined them.

Supporters who had no black t-shirts were also seen wearing black bags on their heads during prayers.

A one Pastor Ngabo led prayers here in Kampala.

At some point, Mugisha Muntu broke down as FDC prays for the country. His prayer was centered on breaking the arrogance.

Rev. Ngabo said; "The truth is bitter, I saw people die in cold blood, I can't sit on the truth. I am ready for prison, if that's the sacrifice to make, death should not scare us all for speaking out."
