While the 9 alerts and contacts include; 5 from Kampala, 3 from Kyotera and 1 from Nebbi.

Uganda now has 755 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 492 recoveries. The country has not registered any COVID-19 related deaths.

Also, 27 foreign truck drivers who tested positive were returned to their countries of origin.

There is fear that cases could skyrocket as many people are not following the ministry of health guidelines including social distancing and wearing masks.
Crowds have formed in down town Kampala especially Kikuubo area and taxi parts. Also, many passengers are traveling without masks.
