Arua Chief Magistrate Justice Daniel Lubowa has remanded 19 people in to prison for disobeying lawful orders.

Steven Mayebale, Alon Inzaruku, Morris Butele, Rajab Karim, Alfred Batre, Joseph Aboyi and Terah Osborne were later arrested by police detectives following a tip-off from neighbors.

Others are Hassan Yasir, Daniel Kennedy, Farid Sanko, Siraj Asiku, Hassan Aziza, Bruhan Amina, Manuela Alezuyo, Aisha Onyera, Christine Taibo, Farida Fusilati, Maimuna Mami, and Manuella Shamira.
