Andrew Mwenda Reveals Identity of TVO (Tom Voltaire Okwalinga)

The Veteran journalist and Independent Magazine proprietor, Andrew M. Mwenda has exposed the long-elusive identity of the persons behind the famous social media activist known as TVO (Tom Voltaire Okwalinga).

And according to Mwenda, he claims TVO is a Facebook account run by three radical extremists who support Kizza Besigye: Robert Shaka who lives in Kampala, Uganda; Abbey Semuwemba, who lives in UK and Henry Lugasira who lives Canada.
