Musician Eddy Kenzo has held shows across Africa and the world at large.  But he is not with Ugandans for overwhelmingly supporting Nigerian musicians, and neglecting local artists.

Speaking about the issue, the singer argued Ugandans to support local musicians by always turning up for their shows just like they do for Nigerians. 

"I have no problem with Nigerians holding shows in the country, but I would love Ugandans to show us the same support when we hold shows. They should learn  'buy Uganda build Uganda,'" he said in an interview with local television. 

In a space of one month, over three Nigerian artists have held successful concerts in Uganda.
