Musician Ceaserous was once one of the promising talents we had in Uganda. Many believed he would go as far as winning international awards for the country.
But he has not released any hit song for over four years now.
The singer is now desperate for a new handler. He believes the current management is not doing enough in promoting his career.
"He is looking for a new manager, someone who is who knows the workings of the industry, a person who can get for him bookings and circulate his music," an insider source revealed.
He is remembered for his song titled "dangerous" which he released in 2016.
