Musician Pallaso has defended Next Media Services (NBS TV, Sanyuka, and NXT Radio) after faded artiste, Omulangira Ssuna commonly known as Os Ssuna dragged it to courts of law over defamation and character assassination.

The singer is demanding Shs 1billion as compensation for allegedly tarnishing his reputation.

Os Ssuna claims that Sanyuka Television’s Wako and Lord Kaiyz made negative and fake statements that demeaned his person.

Talking about the saga, Pallaso explained that Os Ssuna should just prove his musical abilities instead of fighting with a media house.

He said that like any musician, he should expect negative criticism because his music is consumed by people with divergent views.

"I was harshly judged at the start of my music career but I worked hard, shut down my critics with good music. Court won't sort his troubles," Pallaso weighed in when he was asked about Ssuna's decision to sue Next Media.

Os Suna filed the case through his lawyers Mr. Robert Lutaalo and Mr. Precious Nahabwe from Elgon Associated Advocates.

According to Mr. Lutaalo, Next Media presenters committed the offense on August 27th, 2021 when they made defamatory remarks against their client. They claimed that he is a witch doctor, not the rightful owner of a storied building in Munyonyo and a pine plantation that he recently showed off.
