Musician and songwriter, Nince Henry, has been in the music industry for as long as we remember.

His songwriting prowess started way back in his A level, where he started writing in Luganda and the first he ever wrote was called "Omukwano Gunyuma" by Samali Matovu which became an instant hit then.

He then rose to prominence after writing successful songs to some big musicians like Bebe Cool, Juliana Kanyomozi, Irene Ntale, Iryn Namubiru, and others.

In an interview with local television, Nince Henry explained that his knowledge has helped many survive in the industry and different musicians have been introduced to the fans because of his lyrical skills.

He said musician Rema is one of those who have benefited much from his talent. Most of the songs she released during her first days in the industry were out of his works and craft.

He narrated that he took her to Bebe Cool where she kick-started her career.

She then got a breakthrough after collaborating with Bebe Cool on "cease and sekkle".

"I Introduced Rema Namakula and many other musicians to the music industry. My contribution in this sector is very bigger than just a mere writer. I have been a music pillar of many other artists," he explained.

He has been working hard to revive his career but it seems he hasn't had luck.

He recently released a song titled "love portion" which enjoyed fair airplay.

He is currently in the studio with Spice Diana.
