Struggling musician Angela Katatumba explained that most of the Ugandan musicians are not exposed and haven't traveled to different parts of the world.

In an interview with Voice of Africa, the "tonelabila" hitmaker said local musicians have to look beyond Kampala in terms of exposure.

She said the musicians release poor and unfinished music because they haven't been inspired to do quality music. They only look at the Ugandans as their target market.

"In Uganda, many of the musicians ain't exposed. They do good music but with poor quality. We need to admire music icons in the world for us to do better," she partly said when asked why the Ugandan musicians are not doing well internationally.
