Musician Ykee Benda is the current President of Uganda Musicians' Association(UMA) but many artistes take him as a joker who adds nothing to the association.
Talking about about UMA, Eddy Kenzo said he doubts Ykee Benda's ability to lead the association. He says Ykee Benda has spent few years in the industry and he has no authority over other musicians.
The "Stamina" singer asked the musicians to elect experienced musicians who are better than Ykee Benda.
"I know Ykee Benda very well but he has no potential to lead the association. I respect him but we need more experienced people to take the lead," he said.
Eddy Kenzo joins a list of other musicians like Gravity Omutujju, A pass who have publicly declined to respect Ykee Benda as the leader the association.
