Emmanuel Mulondo alias Emma Carlos was one of the best talent managers in Uganda.

Over the years, he has fallen out with a number of stake holders in the music industry and he no longer has top stars under his label Twinkle star Agency.

He introduced artiste Coco Finger to the  music scene before they fell out and later signed  dance hall musician Khalifah Aganaga.

He parted ways with Khalifah too and became part of the Goodlyfe crew’s management when  Mowzey Radio was still alive. He was allegedly fired over mismanagement of funds from GoodLyf where he worked as a booking agent.

Emma Carlos has now come out to say that the music and creative industry should be included in the National Budget.

He suggested that banks should give artists developmental loans even without collateral security.

He went ahead to ask General Salim Saleh and Maj Elly Kayanja to help them to fulfill their dreams.

He made these comments during an interview with NBS TV
