A few months back, Irene Ntale called it quits with music label, Swangz Avenue. The management of Swangz Avenue released an official statement explaining why Irene Ntale had left the label.
Few weeks after her leaving, she remained relevant in the news as continued doing interviews about her departure and her next move in the music industry. She promised to release hit after hit now that she was her own boss.
Some music managers like Jeff Kiwanuka tried to sign her under TNS but she denied the allegations.
Her fans have been waiting for her music anxiously but no single hit yet. Songs are out but expire after a week. Even her replacement Vero is doing much better than her in the showbiz
When we tried calling on her known telephone contact to know what she is up to, the phone was switched off. We contacted her sister who doubles as her manager; she wasn’t willing to give out info. She assured us that it is not our business to know what she is doing now.

In a brief conversation with some of her friends that used to smoke Shisha with her at LAFTAZ bar in Centenary Park, they are shocked by Irene’s change of behaviour.
They revealed to us that they don’t know where Ntale is. She no longer talks to them. They allege that when they try calling her, she doesn’t clearly tell them where she is.
Some speculated that Irene is broke and still regrets the time she wasted while at Swangz Avenue. Her departure was not fully planned, she made a hasty decision.
Another section of some friends and some family members say that Irene still regrets leaving the church that modeled her. They allege that Ntale would have been a great gospel singer.
