I have overcome overwhelming difficulties to become what I am today. Through my self named "dark valley experiences," those that like real valleys are necessarily traversed on the path from one mountain or peak to the next, I have emerged at a far different place from where I started and with a far more positive perspective of life than most anyone could imagine.
I have resolved to explore my powerful writing abilities to educate people on success and how to create a better life for themselves by discovering the secrets to success.
I had a rather troubled childhood, rather than a haven of safety, I found my self exposed to physical sexual abuse. I received good grades despite the fact that circumstances didn't greatly play in my favor.
Rather than intellectual analyses, I've offered in my biography, A PIECE of CAKE Very apt spiritual and inspiration guidance, bordering on contemporary wisdom and common sense, geared towards leading my readers in and out of the "dark experiences."
I've experienced a healing journey from despair to self-reliance that I so fervently want others to take. From my troubled past, I've emerged a winner, committed to an electronic message of hard work, divine power and determination.
I've labored to take the reader by the hand and lead them down the path of self discovery, self help, self-empowerment and self love. I endeavor to stress that all this self-improvement was made possible, however, only by "tapping the power within."
I take time to remind readers that "valleys are purposeful," that the highs and lows, the light and the dark, have all balanced out and each experience was necessary to appreciate each other. If we think of life as a twenty four hour a day, we know to expect twelve hours of light and twelve hours of darkness. Arriving at this point will show us the way. It involves a choice: spiritual, growth, faith, and strength and in my own words, "the stuff our parents were made of-sterner stuff."
