The sunshine rays will not only heat your upper body but will surely heat your toes too and create sweat which eventually accumulates to cause smelly feet. A number of people suffer from this, that one friend that can't freely put off shoes when you host them because of the bad odor that will pollute the atmosphere; here are some basic six ways to sort the problem.

Soak in salt water
Salt reduces on the moisture in your skin, reducing on the amount of bacteria that can breed in there. To a bowl of warm water dissolve about 1/2 spoonful of salt and soak the feet to about 20-30 minutes .Kindly do this daily for about 2weeks. This will leave your feet dry making them less prone to sweat.

Invite your feet to tea
The acid in tea reduced on closes the pores thus reducing on the sweating; these acts as a natural antibiotic, killing the bacteria on your feet. Add 2 black tea bags to 1 pint of water and boil for 15 minutes, add 2 glasses of cold water and then pour the solution into a bowl or basin and soak for about 30 minutes. Do this daily for a week and check results.

Watch your shoes
Shoe materials (Stockings) such as Nylon trap a lot of moisture thus resulting into a stuffy smell. Well cotton is advisable since it lets your feet breathe.

If you’re the type that sweats a lot please carry an extra pair of socks.

Use powder
If you can't afford the expensive feet Deodorants kindly try the ordinary powder. Wash your feet, dry them then smear powder in between the toes thoroughly... This keeps your toes dry and preventing them from the excessive moisture which crests smell.

Very Vinegar Soak
Apple cider vinegar might not seem like the first thing you want to submerge your stinky feet in, but it actually does a nice job at getting rid of odor. It creates an acidic environment that bacteria have a hard time thriving in, reducing the count and subsequently the smell.

Wash your feet.
Try to keep your feet washed through once or twice a day with anti-bacterial soap. This keeps your feet clean and moisture free. Bacteria that your carry on your feet accumulates and easily reproduces when exposed to moisture generated by putting on shoes.
