The service started as planned— at 10am, unlike most over hyped events … this one did not flop, because a great deal of artists and city celebrities showed up to get in touch with their spiritual selves.
Popular figures like Bebe Cool, Mama Phina, Anne Kansiime, Desire Luzinda, Cindy, Bobi Wine among others turned up for Bugembe’s service, which was aimed at counseling and uniting them in their different potentials, bringing them closer to JESUS.
However, the service was criticized by a number of pastors from different churches in town. The critics based on Bugembe’s idea to set a red carpet at the church entrance … claiming that he brought showbiz in the Lord’s house.
But the service seemed great since no female celebrities went naked in church. Thank God!
