Musician King Saha is ready to work with the Ugandan government if voted as the President of the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA).
The "Sivaawo" singer explained in an interview that for the association to benefit, the leadership of UMA must work with the policy implementors.
He is convinced that good a relationship with the government is good for the industry.
"I will work with everyone who seeks a better industry, even the government because they are the policymakers. We need the government to include everyone in the industry not just a few individuals," he said in an interview with a local YouTuber over the weekend.
King Saha is battling it out with Cindy Sanyu, who is the current leader of the association.
