Big Eye subscribes to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) ideology.
Over the years, he has supported the political party and President Museveni.
With the NUP wave, Big Eye and other NRM musicians have been under unfavorable conditions. They are often booed off the stage.
Big Eye recently dropped a song titled, “Nsaba Bikome” loosely translated as "let everything stop" directed to NUP supporters.
In the song, he seeks an apology from the fans who keep pelting bottles at him.
However, Kato Lubwama has advised him to stop pursuing forgiveness from NUP hooligans because he did nothing wrong to support NRM.
Kato Lubwama further notified Big Eye to change the line of work if the fans don’t want him to step on stage again.
