Musician Chameleone is facing heavy criticism for kneeling before President Museveni’s brother, Toyota Nuwagira who gifted the singer with a Range Rover over the weekend.

At his stature, many say Chameleone doesn’t have to kneel for anybody. Bobi Wine called it a lack of self-worth.

Prominent band artiste, Ronald Mayinja has defended Chameleone’s actions saying that he has a right to do what he wants.

“People want Chameleone to suffocate. When he went to Gulu, he was called a beggar. Do you know what inspires his actions?” Mayinja said in an interview.
Mayinja called on the public to channel the attention to things that benefit them.
