Socialite Don Zella has condemned musicians who have taken to begging for money from the government as a way of life. It can be noted that lately there is a rush of musicians going to Gulu to met Gen Salim Saleh with the hope of getting financial assistance.
According to Don Zella, all musicians taking that direction are failures. “You cannot be calling yourself a star and you are begging. I know musicians have always been beggars, but now it has become too much,” she explained.
She faulted many of them for not investing in other ventures when they had a chance and advised them to consider other income streams.
