Music promoter Balaam Barugahare is in celebratory moods following the arrest of investigative journalist, Dean Lubowa Saava.
Lubowa was arrested this week following a hunt that had been going on for days.
He is facing charges of computer misuse which he is likely to have committed while relaying stories on his YouTube channel.
Through his channel, Lubowa revealed how he had gathered information indicating that Balaam was in a plot to grab Namasagali school land.
Lubowa also aired a series of stories pinning Eddy Kenzo, Capt Kassami, and Sudhir Ruparelia on different injustices ranging from homosexuality and murder.
Balaam said, “it’s time to produce evidence or rot in jail.”
This according to Balaam was malice intended to extort money from the named personalities.
