City tycoon Emmanuel Lwasa has always been criticized for being a stingy person. The tycoon proved he is not hard with his money this week when he gifted his barber with a Toyota Passo.
Lwasa bought a new car for his haircutter identified to Sam, as appreciation for his good work. It was a token of appreciation for helping him meet his new wife Angel.
Lwasa has gone to Sam’s salon when Angel came to the same barbershop.
Struck by her beauty, Lwasa asked Sam to connect him, which he did. And they say, the rest is history.
