Comedy Store boss, Alex Muhangi is on the spot for allegedly issuing rules that prohibit comedians who appear on his show against talking about Bobi Wine (Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu).
Bobi Wine, a presidential candidate is currently traversing the country asking Ugandans to join him in the struggle to unseat Museveni.
His bid has attracted the support of some comedians but according to MC Kapale, the comedians are not at liberty to side with Bobi Wine.
“Muhangi loves NRM government and he told us not to promote Bobi Wine on his shows. You cannot go on stage and talk about Bobi Wine. He said it will cause trouble,”Kapale made the revelation in a recent interview.
He was discussing the alleged kidnap of Sam Okanya, a local comedian who claims supporting Bobi Wine landed him into trouble.
Muhangi was accused of having a hand in his arrest.
