Eddy Kenzo credited luck as the major contributor for featuring on a prestigious billboard at the New York Times Square.
In an interview, Kenzo revealed that he was surprised to see himself on the billboard as he didn’t expect it.
“I was contacted by a major music distribution company in the states. They said they liked my music and my contribution to the industry. They asked for my music and said they wanted to promote it. Later after that, I saw myself on the billboard,” he narrated.
Besides luck, Kenzo says with time, he has mastered the music that appeals to Africans.
“Africans want happy music that uplifts moods and that’s what I do," he added.
