Ghetto Kids have so far collected less than five million shillings ever since they announced they needed 102m to clear balance for their house in Makindye.
The dance and singing group was given up to December to clear or vacate the house.
Many people have been advising them to stage a concert but the manager of the group, Daudi Kavuma is not buying the idea because according to his own assessment, a concert might not raise 100m.
“If we organize a show. People might assume we have collected all the money at the end of it. And that will make it difficult for us to continue calling out for help.”
Howwe gathers that the landlord has extended their grace period.
