Brian White Dumped For Sipapa 

Socialite Kirumira Brian commonly known as Brian White rose to fame in Kampala two years ago. He used to splash a lot of money in night clubs around the city and  many alleged that he was employed by  government to attract the attention of the ghetto youth who believe in  Bobi Wine.

Reports indicate that Brian White has now been replaced by socialite Sipapa in bid to counter the growing influence of Robert Kyagulanyi who announced his intentions to run for the highest office in the country.

Sipapa started his duties and is moving in and around Kampala calling upon masses to support President Museveni.
