Zahara Totto's boyfriend,Tuli Taban known as Big Papa is reportedly on run over unpaid hotel bills.
According to reports, Zahara Totto and his lover were at Sky Hotel in Kampala and left without clearing their bills.
"He left after enjoying the food and drinks at the hotel. He ditched Zahara at the hotel to clear the bill but she didn't have the money," a source revealed.
