Veteran singer Ragga Dee has been the co-owner of Big Mikes for a long time. The bar has however suffered a series of challenges, among them being stiff competition and blows from KCCA over noise pollution.
Ragga Dee’s business partner pulled out first, he thought he could keep the bar running.
After failing to handle on his own, the singer sold has the business.
The new owners have named it Luxe Lounge and it is currently undergoing refurbishment.
