Two weeks ago, Mary Luswata resigned from the Kansanga based Radio station, 100.2 Galaxy FM headed by marketing guru Dr. Innocent Nahabwe.
Mary Luswata was a co- hosting the evening drive show, The Unscripted Evening Rush, together with comedian turned musician Litojoe Mpologoma and former Miss Uganda runners up Prim Asiimwe.
After her exit, many started speculating on who would be her replacement.
The station’s Promotions manager, DJ Nimrod, who has been hosting the mid Morning show, “Mid Morning Tukoone” that runs from 10am to 3pm will join the Evening Rush crew.
This was confirmed by the station’s Programmes Director, Mariat Candy Nasasira. “Morning Saga and Evening Rush are prime time shows. Dj Nimrod will be a great asset to the team. He is a great person, loved by many. He will definitely tap into new audience," Mariat told this website.
DJ Nimrod will be replaced by super talented Henry Danson alias Mr. Hen Enkoko, who currently hosts a gossip show, “Poko Poko”.
The changes will take effect today, Monday 8th July.
