Jennifer Lopez has a pretty hot sex scene in this new trailer for her thriller filmThe Boy Next Door.

The 45-year-old "Booty" singer plays a bored, divorced housewife that gets into a sexual tryst with her teenage neighbor Noah, played by Step Up Revolution star Ryan Guzman.

After their night of passion, the boy quickly becomes obsessed with her and that's when things get dangerous. Think Mark Wahlberg in Fear.

The Boy Next Door hits theaters on Jan. 23, 2015.

This is Lopez's first movie role since starring in the action-crime thriller Parkerin 2013. She's since been busy working on her SUPER sexy music career.
