Entebbe based bar, "De Bar" has been under lockdown ever since singer Mowzey Radio died at Case Clinic due to the injuries he sustained during the bar brawl at the hangout.
The bar is set to re-open after the court ruling.
The court ruled that the bar will be opened after holding a press conference and assuring the public that there will be no more cases of violence at the bar.
It should be noted that the proprietor of the bar, George Egesa is still in police custody over allegations that had a hand in the bar brawl that claimed the life of the singer.
It is alleged that the prime suspect, Troy Wamala, thumped the singer on a fateful night.
