On the Night of 16th Monday 2015, the entertainment industry was left in shock after the budding singer Emmanuel Mayanja commonly known as Ak47 died under unclear circumstances. He fell off in the wash rooms of Kansanga based Dejavu bar and passed on as he was being taken to Nsambya hospital.

Many allegations were made as many accused his manager at that time Jeff Kiwanuka for having had a hand in the death while others attributed it to one of the cleaners.  However, up to now the family has never accepted the postmortem report that was produced by police.

The 25 year old passed on at a time when his musical career was accelerating with mega jams like Kidandali, Ebaluwa and Tukuikolemu.

This Friday 17th March, club Amnesia will throw a huge Fans Tribute party in respect of the fallen soldier.

Word from the club Management notified us that they will only play music of the late. Fans should also expect appearances from his brothers like Pallaso and Weasel.
