The current permit operations within Kampala named Tembeya Salama by the metropolitan police has left hundreds of victims jailed and charged.
Well, earlier this week celebrated Dj Slick Stuart and singer Jamal of the bakyala bazila fame were arrested in connection with driving without proper driving documents.
Slick presented a learner's recommendation paper that only allows you to drive with an instructor while Jamal didn't have anything claiming he had forgotten the permit home due to an emergency.
All this happened on Kampala road and Jamal, Stuart plus other two victims of drunk driving were transferred to CPS.
