Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has directed local TV Station, ABS TV to stop broadcasting three of its programmes, ‘Kalondozi’, ‘Nabawalanyi’ and ‘Oluwombo Lwa Bafumbo’ with immediate effect.

According to the commission, the programmes are in breach of the Minimum Broadcasting Standards set out in Section 31 of the Uganda Communications Act 2013.
