The Most Embarrassing Wardrobe Malfunction at Kampala City Carnival — Photos

A woman -- who ironically told our reporter she is a cop -- faced the worst of wardrobe malfunctions at the Kampala City Festival which took place on 2^nd Oct. 2016 as she sat pantless putting her ass crack on full display.

After realizing she had been photoed, the woman walked to our photog and claimed she is a cop ... and that she was going to 'do something' if the photos were not deleted. Yikes!

To give her the benefit of the doubt, she must have forgotten her underwear at home. Enjoy!
