Maurice Kirya after being successful with his music within ten years, decided last year to take it to another level and join business when he opened up a coffee shop at Garden city. It was doing well, since most of his customers were corporates and the rich white pensioners until two weeks ago when he decided to shift the business to Bugolobi.
The “Mwooyo” singer on 3rd June closed his shop at garden city issuing a notice closing the business due to limited space yet his base of clients has increased which required him to find a larger space for his business.
Word reaching us is that it has been two weeks since he shifted but he is not opening the business which is not clear although rumor has it that it could be the fact that Bugolobi compared to garden city can’t attract corporate customers which is bad business.
Maybe Maurice Kirya should invest more in music something he knows better other than a coffee shop that is not sure of its future.
