It’s now a common rhyme that when you talk of the name Diamond Platnumz … it has to be accompanied with another ‘acronym’ Zari!! The Uganda socialite Zari Hassan who has accompanied Tanzania singer on every important event – Channel 0 awards, Rwandan Concert, Burundi Concert and many other small gigs.
However, it seems Diamond decided to double-cross Zari for once as the singer left behind her pregnant girlfriend. We are not sure if Zari could have missed that opportunity of meeting Tanzanian president given the fact that she likes showbiz.
Diamond was recently hosted by President Jakaya Kikwete at State House. The president showered the singer with praises and congratulated him for the good music he is making—putting TZ culture across the content.
Diamond was honored to have been hosted by the head of state. He uploaded a video of the two conversing and one can see how humbled Diamond Platnumz looked.
