Nyonyozi Shine Angella, popularly known in western Uganda as Shine Omukiga is a sister to Uganda’s best female Comedian, Anne Kansiime.
She's a star, right?! Our snoops have been following her every step for some time now just to get a glimpse about how she's doing in the entertainment business in Western Uganda. She's a big hit in the west ... and being a sister to one of the most loved comedians in Uganda has had a great impact on her popularity. But she can handle the pressure ... and she's doing just fine on her own and we love that about her.
We've come to learn that Shine doesn't want to live her boyfriend in the dark, but rather wants to shine with him in the spotlight. So, like all female celebrities do, she's sharing photos of herself with the guy getting cozy and smooching poolside. But that's the way to go, right?! Right?! It seems showing off some skin for female celebrities isn't that a bad idea because apparently every publicity is good publicity and they know that. So, Shine may want to start shining beyond her clothes.
