Socialite Judith Heard has started her year on a high note. Yesterday, she met Rwanda Minister of Youth Jean Philbert Nsengimana in Kigali to strike a deal in helping youth.
The Nalongo entered in a mutual agreement with the Ministry of Youth in Rwanda and she is set to help them in different projects this year.
