The "Breath Away" singers arrived at Entebbe airport at around midday with singer and producer Washington, whom they had travelled with.
However, along the way, the DMC subaru car which Radio and Weasel's manager, Chagga, had driven to Entebbe to pick them developed a mechanical problem and nearly blew up in frames due over heating, forcing the singers to abandon it.

The car broke down at around 2PM near Lubaga cathedral, causing a stiff jam and becoming a threat to other road users. Radio and Washington were rescued by David Lutalo’s manager, Derick, who saved them from the embarrasment. Derrick whisked them away as some of revellers laughed at them while their fans congratulated their upon escaping death.
Derrick drove Radio, Chagga and others to Back-packers, a tourist recreation center in Mengo where the singers were to hold a press conference.

Weasel jumped onto a boda-boda after realising there was no space left in Derrick’s car, which rushed him to his house in Makindye where according to today’s Hello issue, had massive sex with his pregnant girlfriend Samira Tumi.
