Businessman Emmanuel Lwasa could return to jail if found guilty of leaking his sextape that has been circulating.
According to Kampala metropolitan police spokesperson, Patrick Onyango, Lwasa should report to the police and record a statement.
“We have opened a file, and we are investigating whether he is the one in the video. If he is the one, we’ll charge him with computer misuse,” says Onyango
It is not the first time Lwasa is being involved in a nude scandal, but he always disassociates himself from the characters in the videos.
