First rising musician Zex Bilangi Langi has petitioned the government of Uganda and well-wishers to help the ghetto youth in the different slums in the city.

The FireBase singer explained that as a ghetto product, he understands how it is hard to survive. He says many young people are failing to have a decent living because they lack capital for startups.

"I appeal to the government for help, and to all people who can offer something for many of these projects in the ghetto to take shape. These projects can improve the standards of living in the area," he said in an interview with local television.
